If I’ve had the honor of supporting you in a previous birth or if this isn’t your first time giving birth and you're simply seeking a bit of extra support, my Birth Doula service is a great fit for you and your family. Together, we can reflect on your past pregnancy and birth experiences, strengthen our connection, and tailor the support to fit your unique journey.

4 x 2 hour antenatal sessions

Throughout our time together, we’ll explore all your options for labour, birth, and the early days with your baby. Whether you opt for one of my antenatal workshops or prefer a more personalised approach, our sessions will be shaped around what feels right for you and your family.

We’ll take time to reflect on your previous birth experiences, how you're feeling now, and what you’re hoping for this time. Together, we’ll create a range of birth preferences to help you feel informed, calm, and confident about the choices ahead.

We’ll also look at your postnatal experiences—what support you had before, what you might need this time, and how to set expectations and boundaries. We’ll build a wellbeing plan tailored to you, and talk through any common challenges or specific concerns on your mind.

When it’s time to welcome your baby, I’ll be available around the clock. I’ll be just a call away, ready to join you when needed, offering emotional, physical, and practical support, and helping to advocate for your wishes.

After your baby arrives, I’ll visit you at home to help ease your transition into life with a newborn. We’ll put your postnatal plan into action, and I’ll ensure you have the support and resources you need.

I’ll work alongside your care team to support you throughout your journey of growing your family.

There is no obligation to book any additional services. However, should you wish to arrange further Postnatal Doula support at the end of our time together, a discounted rate will be available to you.
