My Continuum Doula service is all about giving you and your family the most thoughtful and ongoing support. We’ll spend quality time together so I can really get to know you and what you need, helping us build a strong, trusting connection along the way.

Package Features

6 x 2 hour antenatal sessions

On-call from week 38 until the arrival of your baby

In-person support for you and your family during the birth

6 x 2 hour postnatal session

In-person and remote support from the beginning

During our time together, we’ll explore all your options for labour, birth, and the early days with your baby. Whether you choose one of my antenatal workshops or prefer a more tailored approach, our sessions will focus on what feels right for you and your family.

We can talk through any previous birth experiences, your current feelings, and your hopes for this birth. Together, we'll create multiple birth preferences that help you feel confident and calm, with a clear understanding of your choices and what they might mean.

We'll also prepare for the postnatal period—looking at what support you might need, what to expect, and how I can be there for you. We’ll build a postnatal wellbeing plan and talk through common challenges and concerns.

When the time comes to welcome your baby, I’m just a phone call away. I’ll be on call 24/7 and ready to join you when you need me—offering emotional, physical, and practical support, and advocating for your wishes.

In the early days after birth, I’ll visit you at home to support you and your family as you adjust. I’ll help bring your postnatal plan to life and connect you with any extra support you may need.

My role is to walk alongside you, however you need, working with your care team to support you through this journey.

There is no obligation to book any additional services. However, should you wish to book further Postnatal Doula support at the end of our time together, a discounted rate will be available to you.

  • “During the birth Clair was completely there for me, in a gentle and present way, but being very aware when I needed space. She helped to keep my birth space calm and safe-feeling throughout. The entire pregnancy and the birth itself became a very healing time for me. I ended up having a wonderful home birth and gave birth in a birthing pool. I also felt fully prepared if I was to give birth at hospital or in a birthing unit.”

  • “Without Clair we would have had the most horrific coerced birth! Clair was the best advocate we could have had by our sides. She was the best professional, hiding me from the difficult conversations with health professionals which in turn protected my birth space. Her and my husband were the best duo and having her helped support him through the long labour. She knew exactly what I needed at any point and helped me make the right decisions throughout the medical interventions.”

  • “Clair supported me and my wife with our first birth. She is nothing short of amazing. We had her support with antenatal sessions, birth support and postnatal sessions. Being able to have the support and knowledge from Clair was simply amazing and made a daunting experience very magical. We couldn't recommend Clair highly enough.”

  • “Clair gave us a lot of useful evidence-based resources prior to the birth, made us consider things that we wouldn't have known of beforehand; and, during the birth, she created and held a calm & safe space for us - even the midwife had positive comments to make about Clair afterwards.”

    Kristina & Robin

  • “Clair stayed with us throughout my very long labour, communicating and working well with the midwives. Her and my husband were the perfect team together. When choices were presented, she made me feel in control and I never felt pressured. Clair was consistently knowledgeable, understanding and calm and was invaluable to me postpartum.”
