My Continuum Doula service offers the most in-depth package for you and your family, with a focus on continuity of care. Our time spent together will allow us to build a strong and trusting relationship, where I gain a thorough understanding of your individual support needs.

Content will include:

6 antenatal sessions

On-call from week 38 until the arrival of your baby

In-person support for you and your family during the birth

6 postnatal session

During our time together we will discuss all of the options available to you, for labour, birth and the early postnatal days. We can explore the evidence and build a robust set of birth and postnatal preferences to allow you to feel confident in the choices that you make.

You will receive a combination of both remote and in-person physical, practical and emotional support.

You are under no obligation to book any further services from me. However, if you would like to go ahead with my XXXXX or XXXXX service after we have completed this session, the original fee paid will be deducted from your new service.
